Pre-orders Information
Pre-orders allow the Customer to reserve figures that will be released in the future.
Not all pre-orders opened on the website will be in stock in our store and this is a way for the Customer to reserve and guarantee that the figure will be theirs.
The description of pre-order products will contain the following information:
- Release date : Estimated date announced by the supplier/distributor regarding the launch of the figure, that is, the date on which the product will arrive in its warehouses.
- Estimated delivery: It is an estimate of when the figure will be available to be sent to the Customer.
Any changes to launch and expected delivery dates will be updated on the product page.
Pre-sale products cannot be combined with other products with different availability.
For products that are on pre-sale, the customer will have to pay in full for the order for it to be processed.
Cancellations and Returns
After payment is made, the Customer will not be able to cancel the order, request a refund or return/exchange the product. If you wish to do so, Canto da Sakura will not refund the amounts paid, a fact that the Customer expressly acknowledges and accepts, and will be prevented from making any purchases on our website in the future.
The dates indicated for the arrival of pre-orders are estimates provided by suppliers and are merely indicative, and Canto da Sakura cannot be held responsible for their delay or this constitutes grounds for withdrawal/cancellation by the Customer.
If the product is canceled by the manufacturer, or the supplier runs out of stock, Canto da Sakura will refund the total amount paid to the Customer, without the latter being entitled to any additional compensation.
When making pre-orders on our website, the Customer accepts these conditions.
