Returns and Refunds
The customer can exercise their right to freely terminate the contract, in accordance with the terms of Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of February 14, without additional costs and without the need to give a reason.
The customer may return the order, in part or in full, for a period of 14 days from the date of receipt. In order to exercise their right to free resolution, the customer must contact us via the following email: geral@cantodasakura.pt, so that they can be provided with the necessary instructions to make the return.
For the return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in the same condition in which you received it;
- The product and its packaging must be as new, without any signs of use or damage, with all accessories, labels and manuals intact, with the original and sealed packaging (if applicable);
- Together with the returned product, you must send the purchase invoice.
Canto da Sakura reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
Upon receipt of the return of the product and its verification, the amount paid will be returned to the customer, via bank transfer to the NIB that the customer indicates at the time of the return request.
The following products are excluded and cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged:
- Pre-Order Products;
- Customized products (INCLUDES Supplier Orders, Special Orders and Backorders);
- Any figure that has already been assembled and whose box and plastics are not sealed.
*Any changes and variations in the figures are NOT considered defects or damages for claims. Slight variations in color, design, small stains or scratches may occur at any point in the manufacturing process.
