Shipping Conditions

We present the following shipping conditions and prices:

  • For orders up to €25.00: €4.99
  • For orders worth €25.00 or more: €5.99
  • For purchases equal to or greater than €75.00: Free **

For orders that only contain products in stock , they are shipped within 2 or 3 business days after receiving payment. Shipping days are on Tuesdays and Fridays.

For orders that are in stock at the supplier, they will be dispatched as soon as we receive them in the store, with an estimated delivery time of 1 to 2 months (situations may occur in which the delivery time is longer than 2 months).

For orders that are in Backorder, they will be dispatched as soon as they arrive at the store, there is no estimated delivery time. These are orders that may take a month or several to arrive.

In the case of pre-orders , the expected delivery date is indicated in the product description, and there may be changes to it, which will be updated on the product page.

For orders with products with different availability , they will only be shipped when all products arrive at the store. If the Customer wants separate shipping, he or she will have to pay extra shipping costs.

Whenever an order is shipped, the Customer will receive an email informing them.

All orders are sent via CTT, by registered mail. The shipping number will be sent to the Customer, so that they can monitor the status of the order.

We ship to mainland Portugal, Azores and Madeira.

** Orders over 5kg are subject to extra shipping costs due to their weight. In these situations, the Customer will be contacted and informed of the amount to be paid.


NOTE 1: Canto da Sakura declines any responsibility if any of the data provided by the customer is incorrect or insufficient, and for this reason there is a delay or impossibility in processing the order, or eventual non-delivery, being the customer's responsibility if this happens.

If the order is returned due to insufficient or incorrect delivery details or if there is no collection at the CTT post, the Customer will have to pay the shipping costs again for the order to be sent again. This fact does not justify a request for a refund of the amount paid for the order.

NOTE 2: We have a packaging recycling policy. All of our orders are sent in reused boxes and envelopes that meet the necessary requirements so that your order is well packaged and reaches you in perfect condition. I hope you understand, because for us it is more important that the product reaches you intact than the outside. Thank you very much for your understanding and support!
